Because all of our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. When you purchase a template or printable, you receive instant access to the files, which means they cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

Please Read Before Purchasing

We always recommend carefully reading the product description before buying to make sure the item is right for you. This includes checking what’s included, how the template works, and what you’ll need (such as a free Canva account) to use it.

Exceptions

In the rare case that you receive the wrong file or a file that is damaged or not working correctly, please contact me and I’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
